The Challenge
The multinational company was facing a challenge with incorporation in Bangladesh, while a suitable accountant was required to look after their accounts, payroll management and compliance activities.
ACCLOW was initially required to perform their incorporation in Bangladesh with RJSC. We were asked to simultaneously manage the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly compliance activities along with maintaining day-to-day books and employee payroll.
